This session may look a little different for each person.

My intention is to provide a safe, supportive place for you to connect in deeper with yourself, release any built up emotions and reflect on how you can create more ease and fulfillment in your everyday life.

I’ll ask you to complete an intake form before we begin and when you arrive, the space will be set up with calming music and a cozy seating area. I’ll offer you tea while we have a chat about intentions for the sessions and perhaps about any current life challenges.

I’ll then explain the breath work thoroughly before we get started. The breathing itself will take place laying down and will range from 30-60 minutes with my guidance. The style of breathwork and the intensity is determined depending on each individuals needs.

We always start slow, taking time to connect in with the breath and the body and ensuring that you feel calm and safe.

While you breathe, I’ll also be tuning in to the the different energy centres (chakras).

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a specific style of breathwork that is often used in these sessions. It is done through the mouth for an extended period of time. It’s an activating breath that helps you access a different brainwave state that takes the thinking brain offline and allows for the creative flow state to take over. The breathe can then guide you to release emotions and potentially trauma that has been stored or stuck in the body. One will often feel lighter and have more clarity after Conscious Connected Breath Work as it inspires access to your full potential for joy

When the breath journey has finished there will be a slow transition back to seated where I’ll offer a snack and some tea/water and time to ground and integrate. This is where there will be an opportunity to journal or to speak of your experience.

This breath work is a highly transformational tool.
